1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on slotpk 32, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

3 Account Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your slotpk 32 account. Your login credentials — comprising your registered mobile number and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify slotpk 32 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. slotpk 32 will investigate such notifications and may temporarily suspend account access during the investigation. slotpk 32 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. slotpk 32 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 24 months. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on slotpk 32 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: 200 PKR per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied by slotpk 32.

• Minimum withdrawal: 500 PKR per transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

slotpk 32 offers various promotional bonuses to Pakistan players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your slotpk 32 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") stated at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire automatically on the deadline and are removed from the account without notice.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim the same offer, coordinated betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game risk, or exploitation of any bonus in a manner not intended by slotpk 32 — will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in account suspension.

Promotions tied to specific events (HBL Pakistan Super League season bonuses, Eid promotional offers, etc.) are governed by the specific terms published alongside those promotions and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless explicitly stated.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on slotpk 32 — including jackpot slots, live dealer tables, Crazy Time, and Cockfighting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules apply to that game only; these Terms govern all other matters.

slotpk 32 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live game outcomes. RNG integrity is verified by independent testing. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers operating in real time; game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) and not by software.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that results in an incorrect game outcome, slotpk 32 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome may be withheld pending investigation. slotpk 32 will make a final determination and communicate it to the affected player within 5 business days.

Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void the round. If the game completes in your absence, the outcome stands and winnings (or losses) are applied to your account. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on slotpk 32 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game to generate winnings not achievable under normal gameplay.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the slotpk 32 Platform — including but not limited to the slotpk 32 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of slotpk 32 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slotpk 32 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of slotpk 32.

Any unauthorised use of slotpk 32's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. slotpk 32 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to such infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slotpk 32 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the slotpk 32 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or winnings due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or Platform maintenance;
• Loss arising from decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated odds, game data, or promotional information;
• Loss attributable to unauthorised third-party access to your account where slotpk 32 has taken reasonable security precautions;
• Any failure or delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions.

slotpk 32's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 10,000 PKR, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude slotpk 32's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11 Privacy and Data

slotpk 32 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at slotpk32.net/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number — is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, account management, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. slotpk 32 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

slotpk 32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, slotpk 32 will notify registered players via their registered email address or mobile number, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using slotpk 32 and contact support to close your account. Continued use of slotpk 32 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and slotpk 32, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through slotpk 32's internal complaints procedure:

• Step 2: slotpk 32 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3: If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, slotpk 32 will provide details of any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism available to Pakistan players.

You agree that any legal action arising from these Terms must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim, after which the claim is permanently time-barred.
